Product Pricing: We strive to keep our mineral makeup product pricing at it's lowest and quality at it's highest, though product pricing is subject to change as ingredients, containers, wages, etc change.

Sales Tax: Orders from states were we hold wholesale/tax representation will be assessed sales tax per state of address per order, including wholesale orders.

Return Exchange Policy: (see refund/exchange policy)

Payment Methods Accepted: I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup accepts PayPal Verified Payments, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-Checks. We Also Accept money orders.  We do not however accept credit card by phone or mail-in orders via the Post Office.

I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup online shopping cart order system validates credit card via billing address and CVV Verification instantly.

This means your billing address is verified by your credit card statement, if this information is incorrect your order will not be accepted through our systems.  We use only Secure Internet Paypal Shopping Cart methods for YOUR safety online purchase.

Order Processing/Shipping Times: I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup Requires 3-5 of our posted business days to process and ship e-commerce orders.  PLEASE NOTE: The Additional time of 5-7 working days may be required for processing samples or made to order products. Your order is not shipped when your Credit card, or payment method processes as with some e-commerce businesses.

ALL I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup products are manufactured on-site in our warehouse facilities.  We NEVER purchase our products from other mineral makeup companies selling in bulk to any and everyone.  We guarantee your products do not change hands through middlemen and are manufactured in a sterile environment for your safety per FDA guidelines.

Some mineral cosmetic products are made especially for customer orders. In the off chance there is a delay of more than 7 of our posted business days I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup customer service department will contact you via the email address used through shopping cart payment method. 

United States Order Shipping Services: I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup ships via the US only United States Postal Service (USPS) PRIORITY confirmation delivery for your order.

Please include you phone number in the message section with a note if you know your order address is going to not be verifiable as we will not ship to such addresses that the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE is unable to recognize per their website.

I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup is at no time responsible for lost or damaged packages.  We use the usps.com tracking method that guarantees us per online information available to the purchaser and shipper that package has been received per address indicated on payment checkout. 

In case of a dispute we provide your credit card company with the exact information they request, this is to cut down on fraud by the consumer, also known as internet shoplifting.

International Orders:  I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup ships first class ground to accepted international orders.  If you would like priority shipping via the usps we can provide that at a higher shipping/handling fee, other then what has been charged during shopping cart checkout.

Product Availability: I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup manufactures 100% of it's mineral makeup cosmetic products.  There may be an instant that we have sold more then expected of a certain color or product, including makeup brushes, and will have to ship your order without a specific item.  This is usually only a few days, then backordered product/s are shipped at no extra charge.

Coupon Use Information: Occasionally I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup offers coupons.  Such coupons have a usage date and can be used for internet orders only.

One coupon per household addressee. Coupons must be used at the time your order is placed. Your discount will be taken on or before order is shipped, in most cases within 24 hours after checkout.

Coupons are not applicable on previously placed or shipped purchases. If you have questions regarding a coupon please email us PRIOR to ordering.  Coupons are not valid after an order is placed.
