BUSINESS Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 10am to 5pm Central Standard Time. This Excludes, Local, State, School, and Banking Holidays as well as United States federal holidays and Postal Holidays.

All orders placed before 11am EST will start processing procedures on the same business day (see above).

PROCESSING Dates and Times
Please note that your credit card, Bank Debit, E-check or Paypal account will be charged upon checkout by you, not when your purchase is shipped.

We process and ship US orders in approximately 3-5 business days (see dates and times above). Orders received on or during our closed schedule will start processing on next business day.

Please remember that orders with samples of any kind, skin care, liquids, cream foundation/concealers or other made to order products can have an additional processing (made to order) time of 5-7 business days.

When purchasing please make note of the date and time you ordered as it is in our system also, so you will have a hands on timeline when your order will ship.

SHIPPING Information
I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup ships all United States Orders (does not include territories) Confirmation Delivery USPS (IE tracking) (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.

Please allow the 3-5 business days for processing or for samples, made to order products additional 5-7 days added onto the 3-5 business days for processing and 2-5 days for your priority shipment to arrive after you've received your US ONLY tracking number via the usps.com website "before" contacting our customer service department.

ALL (within the continental) US orders will receive a confirmation delivery number via the email you used for your shopping cart payment to us from usps.com not i-mineralmakeup.com

If you are using firewalls that are blocking or spamming links then you will most likely not received this email from the USPS.com website. Please know what your computer programs through your server are set to accomplish, as we also can't answer emails we are not getting as in the above example. We can be reached at the numbers on our privacy page.

Please note: That if USPS Confirmation Delivery Tracking Number (available online to us and to you the consumer for legal verification) confirms that your order has been delivered to the shipping address located on your order and you claim that you have not received said package, your order, ie package will not be reshipped at any time.

We use the USPS verification system to prevent shoplifting and mail fraud to protect ourselves and customers like yourself.

APO/AE Mailing Addresses: If you wish to ship your order to an APO/AE address please make sure when check out you enter the American equivalent address in the shipping information section to ensure you receive the domestic shipping price. Then apply correct APO/AE shipping address in the text/note box provided or email to us with your order confirmation number sent to you via our shopping cart system.

Check your firewall and server settings for spam filters not allowing mail through.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & Shipping (anywhere outside continental US) (Please Read International Shipping Page)
I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup ships International Orders world-wide First Class USPS Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, or with samples of any kind or made to order products 3-5 plus another 5-7 business days (see above business dates and times) for processing and 10-14 days for your order to arrive after shipping.

 
I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup does not at any time guarantee the arrival to destination of International orders. If your International Package/Order does not arrive we do not guarantee a replacement or a refund for the price of the purchase of order or shipping charges. Replacing undelivered International (outside the Continental United States) Orders is the sole responsibility of purchaser/customer.

OUT OF US Customs Charges
Customers are responsible for all/any additional Customs Fees country and address of purchaser may impose on said package. At No time is I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup responsible for any additional postage/handling fees incurred en-route.

NON-DELIVERABLE Orders (IE packages)
I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup sends all US orders with confirmation delivery to verify arrival of orders. ALL tracking confirmation deliver numbers are traceable to the consumer and our establishment at any given time.

If your order does not arrive to your address and there is no tracking to any arrival destination (IE your checkout shipping address) by the USPS I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup will gladly process and reship your order at no cost to you, though it will be signature required at that time only.

If the confirmation delivery of shipment to you has been confirmed by USPS as being delivered to the address provided by you at checkout for shipment of your order, I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup will not replace nor reship your order. No exceptions.

 
BACK ORDERED Items
Occasionally we receive orders for makeup and or skin care items and accessories that are suddenly in higher then normal demand. We make a note on your invoice of the back ordered items.

Usually these items are in stock within 10 business days and we reship as soon as they are in-house. You are also more then welcome to contact us for a refund of backordered items as soon as you are notified they are backordered (IE on your invoice) What makes you happy makes I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup happy.

Item Shipment Error
If by the rare occurrence I-Minerals - I-Mineral Makeup Cosmetics has shipped you the wrong item/s, please notify us and we will reship the correct item when wrong item is returned, as well as refunding your return shipping fee. Please send exchange by first class USPS mail with confirmation delivery for your protection and ours of said product/s.
